This past week has definitely left me feeling bigger. I have the feeling of being full all the time when I am sitting pretty much in any position besides lying down stretching out. Ruby is kicking a LOT. The other day she was really low and her kicks were hurting waaaaay down there. Then, last night, not sure where she was, but wherever it was it HURT. I had to roll over on a different side and when she finally moved it was great. I think she must have been pushing on some internal organ that was really very uncomfortable!
We had our second Bradley Class Sunday night. It was fun and informative. The other couple didn't come, so we got to have one on one time and talk about "us" specific issues and questions. Corey has been good about helping me to practice relaxing.
Here is what the internet says about week 29:
Your baby now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. Her muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and hers head is growing bigger to make room for her developing brain. To meet her increasing nutritional demands, you'll need plenty of protein, vitamins C, folic acid, and iron. And because her bones are soaking up lots of calcium, be sure to drink your milk (or find another good source of calcium, such as cheese, yogurt, or enriched orange juice). This trimester, about 250 milligrams of calcium are deposited in your baby's hardening skeleton each day.

I had you all to myself this afternoon, and I totally forgot to make you be still so I could feel her kick! Bummer. Seriously, I really want to bond with the little acrobat. Next time we are together and she is fluttering around, remind me!
Are you enjoying your Bradley classes? We loved ours - they were so helpful and informative!
